Function :
The BDIV screw-type building distribution boxes are used for the connection of the subscribers' distribution cables to the multi-pair cables.
They are installed in buildings in the technical shafts or in dry rooms.
Description :
The BDIVs are composed of :
A base in steel sheet or plate,
A lid in grey polycarbonate or in metal in the secure version.
8, 10, 14 pairs
The base supports the screw-type connection strip, a side clamp for immobilisation of the distribution cables and two axial clamps for fixing of the multi-pair cable.
Connection to the strip is done at the rear for the multi-pair cable and at the front for the distribution cables.
The multi-pair cable can be connected only partly (tapped from a through cable) or totally.
