Construction

  1. Conductor:
    Wire copper of 1.4 mm nominal diameter for the data pairs (0.6 mm for the auxiliary pair).
  2. Insulation:
    Solid polyethylene.
  3. Twinning:
    Two insulated conductors are uniformly twisted together to form a pair.
  4. Stranding:
    Pairs are helically twisted in concentric layers to form the cable core.
  5. Core wrapping:
    Plastic Tape (s) with overlapping
  6. Inner sheath:
    low density polyethylene.
  7. Moisture barrier:
    A both-sides copolymer of ethylene coated aluminium tape longitudinally laid with.
  8. Intermediate sheath:
    HFFRLS compound.
  9. Armour:
    Two galvanised steel tapes helically applied
  10. Outer sheath:
    HFFRLS compound.
